What is the Daniel Fast?

A 21-day Christian partial fast based on the Book of Daniel: plant foods and water, without meat, dairy, eggs, sweeteners, yeast, processed food, caffeine or alcohol. Churches often observe it together in January.

What do I get for free?

Days 1 to 3, the food checker, and the recipes for those days.

What does the purchase add?

Days 4 to 21, every recipe, the full meal plan and grocery lists for every week. One payment, no subscription.

I bought it on another device. How do I unlock it here?

Can my family use it?

Yes. The purchase works with Family Sharing.

Is my journal private?

Yes. It stays on your iPhone and is never sent anywhere.
